I also suspect the traditional "fast fashion" companies mostly headquartered in the EU, willing to point finger at the new wave of "ultra-fast fashion" chinese companies with which they cannot compete. For them, creating a definition of fast-fashion that keep them out of the spotlight and banning chinese players would be all beneficial but let's not forget that they are the ones who came up with this business model and their production set up is not necessarily better than that of the Chinese brands.
